Clean place and GREAT staff, really enjoyed particularly good location. Got king room with ironing board and the iron and cigarette smoke -- towels as expected. Location: the hotel was right by restaurants and grocery store and Madisonville. It also was close to everything we had planned.

The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a nice enough area. Truly enjoyed staying at the king room with a coffee maker and 2 double beds and the iron. We had a microwave oven and a fridge in the room. The property was in a particularly good and excellent location for overnight stay. we had a wonderful time at Big Spring Inn Madisonville!
